1 Definitions and Introduction

In this document, "3999bet", "we", and "platform" refer to the 3999betlogin.cam website and all associated digital services. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person registered on the platform who uses the service.

"Service" refers to casino games, sports betting, live casino, fishing games, and all entertainment activities provided by 3999bet. "Account" refers to the personal profile created through registration.

2 Account Registration and Management

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts may be cancelled and the associated balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. 3999bet is not liable for losses arising from negligence.

To strengthen account security, we may occasionally request an OTP or additional verification. This process is for your protection.

2.3 Identity Verification

At any stage after registration, the platform may request a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents to verify the user's identity. If verification is not completed, deposits, withdrawals, or bonus benefits may be temporarily suspended.

3 Age Verification and Eligibility

The minimum age to participate on the 3999bet platform is 21+. No person under the age of 21 may register or use the service on this platform. Providing false information about age is a serious violation and will result in immediate account cancellation.

Opening an account in your own name is mandatory — operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited. Players, coaches, or associated individuals participating in professional sports competitions may not place bets on their own events — this is a rule violation.

By registering an account, the user confirms that they are using this platform voluntarily and entirely of their own accord.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Users must use a payment method registered in their own name to make deposits on the 3999bet platform. Accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

Deposits through a third party are strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the deposit will be returned and the account will be placed under review.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit — this is part of our anti-money laundering policy. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Withdrawals cannot be made directly from a bonus balance — funds from a bonus become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met. Account verification must be complete at the time of a withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning ৳30,000 must be wagered on a ৳1,200 bonus before winnings from it can be withdrawn.

A bonus is never cash and cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. Any attempt to misuse a bonus or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled and the associated account may be closed.

5.2 VIP Program and Cashback

The 3999bet VIP Program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive up to 0.5% cashback on weekly net losses; Silver members receive up to 1.0%; and Gold members receive up to 1.5% cashback. For example: if a Silver member has a net weekly loss of ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 1.0% = ৳200 cashback.

5.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, 3999bet may run various seasonal or event-based promotions. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be stated on that promotion's page. As a general rule: to participate in any promotion, your account must be active and verified.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If the betting process is disrupted due to a technical issue, the outcome of the relevant round will be determined according to the game provider's logs. If a game is interrupted mid-way due to disconnection or network issues, an auto-cashout policy may apply.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation as well as forfeiture of funds:

• Using bots, automated software, or any form of manipulation.
• Knowingly and repeatedly exploiting any technical error in a game.
• Placing bets from opposing accounts on the same event to obtain risk-free profit.
• Fraudulently using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Involvement in match fixing or any other illegal activity.

6.3 Maximum Win Limits

The maximum payable amount from a single bet on a specific game or event is stated in the rules of the relevant game. If a technical error causes winnings to exceed this limit, the platform is only obligated to pay the set maximum amount.

7 Account Closure and Suspension

3999bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without explanation, particularly if:

• Any section of the terms and conditions is violated.
• False information or inconsistencies are found in the details provided.
• There is suspicion of money laundering or fraud.
• A complaint from another user is proven through investigation.

Users may also voluntarily request account closure — contact support via live chat or email to do so. All applicable balances will be settled before the account is closed, subject to conditions being met.

8 Limitation of Liability

3999bet bears limited liability for losses caused by technical issues on the platform, server outages, problems with third-party payment gateways, or the user's own internet disconnection.

Information, odds, or statistics displayed on the platform are provided for informational purposes. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error and bets are accepted at those odds, the platform reserves the right to recalculate results according to the correct odds.

In the event of any loss by the user, 3999bet's maximum liability is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the relevant transaction.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

We use SSL encryption technology to keep user data secure. Users' personal information is not sold to any third party. However, information may be shared when required by law or upon request from the relevant authorities.

10 Responsible Gambling

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. 3999bet is not responsible for such temporary disruptions. We aim to ensure service continuity and will try to notify users before scheduled maintenance.

12 Changes to Terms and Dispute Resolution

12.1 Changes to Terms

3999bet reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to users' accounts. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises, you are requested to contact our support team first. 3999bet provides support in Bengali and English via 24/7 live chat and email. If the matter cannot be resolved through support, both parties will attempt to settle it through mutual mediation.
